then and now: handplants

Handplants werden immer als oldschool klassifiziert, sind aber trotzdem zeitlos und immer gern gesehen. Das schwierige dabei ist es sie wirklich sauber auf die Coping zu setzen und nicht irgendwo in der Wall zu machen, Lilo hat 1991 am Gaberl daran gearbeitet seine Inverts zu optimieren … Mac zeigt 25 Jahre später in Zauchensee dass Andrechts auch 2016 gehen!

Often labeled as oldschool, the truth about handplants is they never get old. The tricky part about them is to put the hand on the coping and not into the wall. Lilo learned them properly in 1991 at Gaberl … and Mac showes his Andrechts 25 years later in 2016 at the Zauchensee quarterpipe!

then and now: lean back!

Bei unserer ersten Session mit allen drei Kids haben wir wie meistens ein paar Bilder gemacht. Und beim Durchsehen der alten Bilder sind uns ziemliche Ähnlichkeiten aufgefallen, die wollen wir nicht vorenthalten! Die zwei Bilder von Philipp und Wally sind 1988 und 2016 am exakt gleichen Spot auf unserem Hausberg – dem Gaberl – entstanden! Sogar die Haltung stimmt und in beiden Fällen ist Mac im Hingergrund!

We usually try to take pictures whenever possible, especially now that three kids are riding. And going through old images we found incredible similarities, so we’ll start posting some. These two images show Philipp and Wally, the one was from 1988 and the other one from 2016! Both on the exact same spot at our homemountain Gaberl, and even Mac is in the background on both images!
